Seasonings Greetings

Yep, I know its not Thanksgiving/Christmas time, but I've been loading up on a metric ton of sausage seasonings to try out. I already have a bunch I haven't used yet but when PS Seasoning has a 25% off sale for Memorial Day weekend, I CANT resist. Just bought about 7 or 8 more seasonings to try.

No. 295 Tuscan Bratwurst Seasoning
English Banger
Tex Mex
Honey BBQ
Spicy Garlic Summer Sausage
Blue Ribbon Polish

And I got some sheep casings to try since they are usually so pricy. Spent over 80 bucks, but got 20 off. Hot dog.

Any of you can't resist either? Have a particular seasoning you are partial to?

On another note, I can't find a seasoning that has like a "pizza flavored" blend. Sweet/hot Italian no prob.

Well, it's barbecue/grilling season.... and that's good enough. Looks like you have your work cut out for you. My only guess on a pizza flavor sausage comes from Walton's. I only buy their Chorizo so I can't speak personally about it, but they have a huge selection.
