Purchased 3 years ago after my first one quit.
Been sitting in the garage in the original box...
Seasoning it right now, in the garage, near the open overhead door.
Going by the instructions for seasoning. 3 hours at 275, the last 45 minutes with half a cup of chips.
2nd day of rifle season here. Too much rain for these bones to hunt in....
Should keep a rifle in the garage though. Three shootable does walked past at about 5 yards from the back of the garage, saw them from the rear windows.
They were in no hurry, browsing towards my oak tree and acorns.
Smell from the smoker my classic rock radio didn't bother them a bit.
Wouldn't have been the first time I took advantage of easy meat.
