G’day folks — trying to find a recipe video I watched that used a really unusual combo: Lapsang Souchong tea as an overnight marinade, black cardamom and charcoal in the rub, mushroom-flavoured dark soy as the binder. It was for a smoked brisket without a smoker. Was still available on YouTube as of May 2025 - when I ciooked it last. I’ve checked the usual suspects (tea-rub videos, charcoal rub threads) but no definitive hit. If you remember seeing this or the channel, can you post a link? Thanks!
