Anybody else make it?
Lobster has been super cheap lately especially wholesale so I've been using the bodies for stock.
I'm just using the shells added back to the strained broth they were boiled in and simmered for a few hours. The broth itself is 2-3 tablespoons of jarred crushed red pepper,has to be Star or Antonio's and jarred minced garlic to taste which for me is about the same.
