hi,
Been lurking here for too long and decided to introduce myself to all you wonderful people.
Quite new to the game but finding some of the posts really helpful and love this site.
I only cold smoke at the moment and been quite successful so far(well I think so) lol.
Now bought myself a kitchen aid and have started making sausages (fresh only so far).
When I get my head round the American measurements I’m sure I’ll get even better.
Living in Scotland I’m not short of ingredients such as salmon/pheasant/deer ect and
Have been getting some great tips from you guys.
Cheers lads and lassies.

C, Welcome and I hope you take your fresh sausage to the next level with some smoked sausage such as kielbasa or andouille!
