Score! My Exchange with Bassman

Well, I couldn't help but share this. I think a bubbly little batch a sourdough starter may have just found me a new best friend - Mr. Bassman.

I was down South over the weekend so's I picked up Keith some of his favorite Bolita beans and dropped them off this evening.

To my surprise, here's what he had waiting for me...


1Qt canned elk meat... hum... I'm thinking Chimichanga's...

1Pt home made cherrie syrup... I'm thinking that would go good on some sourdough jacks

2 LB Elk burger, 2 LB's of Keith's own Hot Polish Sausage.... oh gawd... the options for these four are unlimited!
