Sam, that is fantastic. I am a big lover of pork steak. And have been playing with
garam masala and the like lately, ( well back in the spring anyway.

So this is a go for me. And I hope they turn out as good as yours look.

I kind of changed it up a little bit but will post once I get er done.

Ok changed my method a little. These are end cut from a whole pork loin (I think called the sirloin end) taken to around 145F or so. Think I like these better than the steaks from a butt taken to 180F or so but admit I liked the color of those more. So close to perfect. Being REAL picky I think a little soy sauce or Maggi and then they'd be dead on. $1.79/lb!!!
