Tryin to get ahold a this bunch but they ain't open yet.

Is this the one that was on TV this morning connected to B of A and Wells Fargo accounts?

Sure, but I think I scarred em perty good yesterday, Couldn't get ahold of em so after some more research an info gatherin, I sen't an email that shoulda lit there screen up perty good. Called in the afternoon, when they found out who I was the whole mood changed to unfriendly. They are cancelling everthing an refundin my money! Have to call today to confirm that!

What a bunch a nuts this bunch is!

I've had some people claiming to be a collection agency try the similar crap with me. Trying to collect a $50 debt I supposedly owed a hospital

. Scary thing is they also had my work # and were also calling me there (Embarassing, and homocidally ENRAGING me).

I ran a search on one of their numbers, and it turned out to be residential (surprise surprise). Next time they called (at 8:45 at night) I asked if they had security or armed guards on the premises. The lady was all like "uh... no, not that i'm aware of... why would we need armed guards?" to which I responded "Well, I ran a search on this number, and it's most definitely not a business number, you're calling from an apartment, and you sure as hell aren't a legit business. As for the security personel, I'll be down to (I forget the address, it was in loves park, IL) in about an hour, and believe me, I'll ******* show you!" There was a brief pause then a loud hang up.

Now, I know that a lot of data processors, and tele-whatevers work from home. But, I knew they were not legit, and they proved it, because anyone with any kind of legitimate intentions (and concern for the wellbeing of their employees) would have IMMEDIATELY sicked the state cops on me.

After describing the incident to an employee of the states attourney, he said the scammers were probably working in the billing department/office of the hospital that I supposedly owed money, and that's probably how they got all this information on me. He said that it's happened before with employees of dentists and doctor offices. Scary.

I used to work as a telemarketer for Kirby (I'm SORRY!! I was young, and I needed the money. If it's any consolation I constantly feel dirty...) And I'm working on a guide to dealing with telemarketers, and more to the point the dirty unethical scum companies that telemarket. Yes. Yes dammit. I hold a grudge...
