Just picked up a 5# stuffer it  comes with 15mm. 20mm and 30mm tubes. could someone please tell me what casings will work with the tubes. i was hoping to get a snack stick tube. as well as a brat and hot link. been smoking for 4 years and wanted to try some sausage.

Your 15mm tube should work for brats and snack sticks. I use natural csg for that size 19-22mm. I ended up going with a stainless 13 mm tube for doing mine. I found it a little easier working with the natural ( Lamb ) csg that way.  I use the 20mm tube for sausages when I do smokies, garlic rings etc. I also use 29-32mm and 33-35mm csg on that tube. I use the 30 for stuffing ground into bags, But I am looking at a bigger one for that now. Good luck hope it helps. Show us how it goes, Over the years I have turned into a sausage making nut. I have the bug and everyone around me gets fed now lol...

yep What AB said,,,I know LEM makes a 3/8" stainless steel tube for snacks sticks (that would work on your stuffer)  I use that one,,, Let's see some sausages!!!

Good luck

I bought the stainless tube to do snack sticks . Just want to say if you use the small tube , be ready to stuff right away . As the meat sets up it gets tuff to crank .

The LEM 3/8" tube is 3/8" inner diameter. It will work just fine with 19-21mm casings.  But if you use 18mm or smaller, you need a different tube.  I have both the LEM 3/8" and another one I bought on eBay that was listed as a 9mm/10mm tube and it works great with the smaller casings.  I know LEM says the 3/8" tube will work from 17mm and up, but you have to unravel or pull out the smaller diameter tubes and slowly slide them on the 3/8" tube.  You cannot just slide the entire casing as it is compressed onto the 3/8" LEM tube.  And unraveling it also means you can't put as much on the tube.   So my advise is if you are going to use any casings smaller than 19mm, get the smaller tube (or do like I did and buy both).  The difference between the LEM and the tube I bought on eBay is the LEM is a 3/8" inner diameter and the eBay one is 3/8" outer diameter (smaller).

This is the one I bought for the smaller casings.  It fits the LEM 606, Northern Tool and other stuffers that take a 1 9/16" base tube.  This seller also has sets of other stainless tubes if you want to replace the plastic ones.
