Anyone have experiance with this site? I ordered a Stainless stuffer tube for my vertical from them. They were one of only two companies that have the size I wanted in stainless. It took two and half weeks to get here, and their customer service was horrible. To the point of being rude in their emails. When the package got here the tube was rolling loose in a 8 by 12 by 3 inch box with ZERO packing. The tube itself wasnt even wrapped or in a plastic bag. cant believe it got here without damage. wondered if I am just lucky or if someone else has had issue's?

After this thread has had quite a few views and replies, email a link to this thread to the business. Nothing like an unsatisfied customer telling 20 or more potential customers about poor service; they may change their customer service skills then.....
 
I agree. If you have that much of a problem with the product AND the customer service then to hell with your company. Don't sell people shotty equipment.
You could always file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, unless you can get a refund, which you really should try to do.
 
Sort of on the same line here..."Ikitchen.com" is a scam or at least the worst place you'd want to do business. don't ask me how i know :) after getting a runaround for 10 days Paypal got my money back in 2...
You know you have a problem when you go looking and they have no phone number listed on there site.

I sent an email to the "owner" my guess is it's the same person as "customer service" explained in an age where the dollar means more to both the consumer, and the business, that they could not afford customer service such as this. I even copied and pasted the email chain in the letter. I won't be back, and I doubt they will be in business long with that kind of attitude. That was on 3-27, and still no reply. If they don't care to reply to customer concerns than I doubt they would care about this post. They will reap what they sow. The good thing is that maybe this will save some of the guys and gals in this forum the headache of dealing with them.
 
I emailed Sams' Club about the MES smoker and heard nothing back from them. I sent another and asked why have email if you don't answer or reply. Added 5 smoking meat forums addys and said look there is like 50,000 people who will see this here email I have sent you. I am sure you will lose customers over this. I got a reply the next day and they are sending a mes smoker to my local sams for me. No shipping charges. lol power of the forums.
 
I had a problem with LEM and new plates for my grinder. Took forever, about a month to get them and they did not respond to any of my e-mails. They finally arrived and I'm happy now.
 
I guess Sausage-Stuffer.com will get exactly $ 0.00 of my hard earned money.

I ordered a sausage pricker from them and paid with my CC. I was tired of using a toothpick. I ordered it 3-02-13 and as of today3-18-13 I have yet to receive it. I've sent them 2 e-mails and haven't received an answer from them. I tried calling twice today and guess what? You guessed it. Their phone is out of order.Even if I eventually receive my order I will stay away from www.sausage-stuffer.com/.  Live and learn huh?

I would call your CC company and get their input. Let them know they do not have a working number they should be able to cancel payment or advise you on course of action.
