Well, after a long weekend of work. I was ready for a couple drinks and a hearty meal. A took a pack of smoked Italian sausage I made awhile ago to thaw the day before. And there was some leftover salt potatoes. So I had a plan.
Sliced the taters and onion.
And 2 links of the sausage.
Into the pan with butter and evoo. With course pepper and salt.
Towards the end I tossed in a touch more butter. And a splash of Franks.
Yum! Washed it down with a bottle of stella. And finished with a pull of Tequila. Great finish!
