Saturday Smoke

Got my First big smoke of the year on Saturday

i have a few guys from church coming over with there family's i have one 9lb and one 7lb Butt and a 9lb Brisket those are going on the smoker at 4am then about 12 noon i will put on some chicken breast then at 1-2pm the ABt"s cant wait!! ill try to get the Q-VIEW going but having problems with camera batteries and the charger

LK - Yea get that camera going. You are inspiring me here as I have some guests coming over on Sat and am working up the menu for the smoker.

you DO realize..........those 9 lbers will be done bout 6-7 oclock pm don't you, if you put on a 4am and run temps at 250? not counting on a long stall?
