Saturday smoke

Well, I don't suppose today could any better...at least until OU beats MSU.

I started the fire this morning, got the ribs all rubbed, and then I put them on the smoker. Immediately after that, my son and I took a ride on our new scooters (Yamaha Majesty's). We got back just in time to set up our laptops on the patio, and add more fuel to the fire.

Heh..after U-M got thrashed by Appalaichan State <Who?> I figgered it was Sparty's year...new coach and all. But they have been true to form. yeesh...

well It seems I should have went to broken arrow instead of smoking a brisket here in tulsa. I could have brought my 17' Toshiba and some beer!

It was definatly A buitifull day 2 smoke here in oklahoma. A little windy but warm and sunny!
