I usually cook mine until it hits 200 then pull it and wrap it up and hold in the cooler, but some guys wrap it up around 170 and then take it off at 200 and put it in the coolerAt what point/temp do you think I should wrap it up in towels and throw in the cooler? Sorry to pester y'all with question after question, just wanting to get this thing right the first time.
