Royal Oak SFB modifications

I need to do a few modifications on my royal oak sfb... The smokestack will definitely be lowered. I also plan on adding a screen and diffuser between the sfb and main chamber.

Anyone have any other ideas or good mods to add to this smoker???
I need to add more temp gauges on each side any recommendations???
Also need to seal the lids, what can I use???
