While i was smoking a turkey this past weekend, i started to worry that it might dry out a bit, fortionatly this did not happen. but it got me thinking about rotisserie. I have of cores seen them in those big ovens at grocery stories and over fire pits, which might pick up a little smoke.
So how about putting one in a smoker if you have a big enough one. has anyone thought about this? or am i just crazy, thinking like that.

A few more smokes, use it all the time.

I would think a rotisserie set up would be a complement to any smoker - any style. I've got a set up for both my Yoder 640 and my WSM 22" - use them both and love them both as well. Takes the product your cooking to another level for sure.
