Had surgery Friday. Extremely painful. Aetna finally approved LOA but put Dec 5 as return date. No way that happening. I find can still cook one armed. Bought bunch of soup but only use one. Made Mississippi roast with egg noodles and buttercup squash yesterday. Ready to try grill. Need to turn pork butt to ham by Thanksgiving.

Hope all went well with your surgery, hopefully a pretty quick recovery. as for your cooking I guess where's there's a will there's a way!

Dec 5 as return date.
Did they scope or cut ?
I had a surgeon one time that kept releasing me to go to work . Had a cast on my left wrist . Insurance company stepped in and set the return date . Said they didn't want to chance more damage .
Good luck , and get that range of motion back .
I had a piece of dowel rod 4 foot long . Hold in both hands , and use the good arm to help move the other .
