Hey guys, my name is Travis and I reside in Huntsvile, AL. I've only been dabbling in the smoking world for about a year. Got introduced to it by helping a buddy cook for school sports teams fundraisers. He's got a massive setup with 3 portable smokers and 1 monster permanent one. Could cook over 500 butts in a night when fully loaded. And it's been done. I personally have a modified ECB. Works great for my household. Really enjoy all the comradery amongst most on here. I've lurked around for a while and finally decided to step up and join.

I grew up in Huntsville, moved to Gulf Shores but all my family is still up there. Great place, great food.
