Rolled my first fatty Q-view

I read all the posts with "my first Fatty was fantastic". Yeah, that's correct.

Used JD spicy stuffed with potato's o'brien, jalapeno's and cheddar cheese.

I must say, don't judge a book by its' cover....so how was it?

It looks good, but you never said how it tasted and that's the most important part.

Totally hooked, taste was awsome. A nice spicy sausage then add the jalapenos. The cheese and patatos are just filler in this case.

The next may involve pasta of sorts!!

I took the rest of my smokings from last night into work for the guys to try. They were totally crazy over the fatty, definiately made an impact with them.

They also thought the dried venison was good too! My opinion is a little biased so it's nice to hear what others say. Wish I could have shared with everyone here.
