Hi y'all, I've lived in Northern Ohio my whole life. I love having all 4 seasons. I use a hand me down Brinkman bullet smoker. Very new to smoking meats. My Uncle and Brother got me into smoking. And I'm so glad they did. I also enjoy finding new recipes. Thanks guys n gals.

Hi all i built my first uds this week. Mostly over the weekend. I've never used a smoker before so I look forward to learning from folks herr. My wife really wants pulled pork so any advise would be great.
