My name is Mark and I live in Indianapolis. I started smoking a few years when the wife asked if I would smoke our Thanksgiving turkey. I'm still using a 30" Masterbuilt digital smoker, but contemplating a larger pellet smoker for larger projects. I have and reference Jeff's book while also experimenting building my own rubs, sauces and recipes.
