Hello fellow smokers my name is Josh. New to the form. Have been smoking meat for a few years now. I live in northern IL. I love to cook outside anything from my Weber grill to my barrel charcoal/wood smoker and now thanks to Santa I have a New Cajun Injector Electric Smoker to play with.
