Good evening everyone (For many of you it's the am). I'm in Okinawa Japan and just purchased a master built 44 inch Xl propane smoker with a glass door. I've been looking at everyone's mods and trying to make the best smokin machine I can. I've smoke baby back ribs once a top round once and spare ribs today. Currently I'm focused on decreasing the temps in my dual burner smoker. Pictures on the way of all the good food and times!
