Roll Call - Ankeny, Iowa

Hi All, 

Casey here from Ankeny, Iowa (a suburb of Des Moines). I'm extremely new to smoking, but it has intrigued me for a long time... I took the plunge and purchased a Weber Smokey Mountain (18.5") as my smoker. I'm comfortable trying anything on the smoker as long as I have sufficient materials to read up on. I have 3 smokes under my belt as of today... Chicken (first), baby-back ribs (second), and just finished eating a brisket that I cooked overnight.

Hopefully, soon, I'll be able to move to the point where I can contribute and give advice, rather than constantly ask.
