Hi everyone   New old guy checking in.  I've been watching this site for a couple of years now.  Learning and listening and figured it was time to join in.  I've taken the 5 day e-course and have been getting Jeff's newsletter for well over a year now.  I'd like to thank so many of you for the great education about smoking meats and all the related subject matter.  I wouldn't call any one name in fear of leaving someone out.  Thanks to all who participate and share and foster this great site and promote everyone's education a little further.  My hope is to be able to give something back and help some one like others have helped me.  Learnin' every day!  Tony
