Back in the day. RIP Eddie.

We had two of the greatest guitarists ever in that era. Eddie and Rick Emmett from Triumph. Now we're down to one and he doesn't play anymore.

Mustn't forget about Randy Rhoads though he died of a tragic airplane accident while on tour with Ozzy. What is even more sad is we will never be treated to bands like we had...everything is sold out now for new bands it seems

Truly gutted over this. RIP Eddie, you took the guitar to new heights and inspired a whole new generation of players to pick up the guitar. You will not be forgotten, and your music will live on forever. Thanks for the music and the inspiration.

Sad, but very true. Yesterday it was Mac Davis. Today Eddie. I have a wide taste of music. Like Mac said, "It's hard to be humble"

Didn't know! Sad. Some friends worked hard to cover Eddie's style of playing. Definitely a musical influence throughout the 80's. That and he married a teen Heartthrob Valerie Bertinelli!!!...JJ
