Yet another fantastic bbq joint I have found in Denver.
Someone mentioned this place in a comment on Instagram so I saved it. A friend and I went tonight before heading to the Toto concert at Ball Arena (about to start in an hour).
Welp, it delivered big time.
Everything was perfect. The brisket pulled apart with a little pull, super tender and juicy and it just melted in my mouth.
The jalapeño cheddar brats were spot on. Those things are ADDICTIVE!
The beans were excellent.
The restaurant had an old rustic feel to it and it smelled delightful in there. Everyone was really friendly. The place was clean and it exceeded my expectations.
I'm slowly debunking the notion you can't find good barbecue and smoked meat in Denver.
️️️️️'s, 10/10, 100/100. I couldn't find a single thing to deduct.
