We got a 3 pack of spare ribs yesterday after our visit with my mother. My wife asked me this mornig why the smoker was just sitting there. lol.
So a little butt rub ( on the ribs ) :
into the smoker they go
after 3 hours
just sauced ( 5 hours into them )
on the cutting board
after being cut
dinner is served, ribs and broccoli salad
