The drums are excellent. You can vary your temps easily and then hold them for long perids of time. They also perform in all weather conditions. I would reccomend one to anyone thinking of a smoker.
 
I have been meaning to do that along with my rub recipe. The problem is I never measure. I will have to write it down next time. Thanks for the reminder Dude! I'll have to do that soon for you guys.
 
PM me with the basics if you can. I showed this chicken and teacup's "BLT Pasta Salad" to my wife. Her response was "YUMMMMMM, THAT LOOKS GOOOOOD". Do I have a convert on my hands? I'm thinking maybe. We've got some friends coming over on Saturday, and if I've got the time to prep everything, this is going to be our dinner.
