So I decided to fill the smoker up this weekend since it was such a nice day Saturday. I did up some Centre Cut side ribs, some chorizo sausages and a peameal (aka Canadian Bacon....Aka cured pork loin rolled in corn meal). I make my own blend of rub....very low salt.
I used apple wood for everything as it's easily accessible for me and I like the flavour it brings to pork.
This is my first post of anything I've smoked so go easy on me. LOL
also going to try uploading pics for the first time.
