Looks great ! My son does that with deli sliced roast beef and onions . Why I never thought of the left over beef ,,, Like my first foreman used to say " Don't go Bear hunting "

I agree with drdon, the mushroom is a great idea, as I will eat bell peppers but I would prefer the mushroom.

And I have a bunch of pulled pork vacuum packed in the freezer that would be a nice change from just doing sammies...
