Actually hung em first then wrapped a bit then sauced and laid em back in to firm up and tach up.
I agree... Does the heat rising make it spin ??
No it doesn’t spin but does somewhat swirl the heat as it rises. It’s a heavy piece of metal that sits down over the coals. You can use with or without. I prefer with.
