Those are gonna be awesome! The places i used to get them no longer carry them. Butcher can order them in, but only by the case

I had to hunt them down, none of my usual sources had them.
Found them at Sam's Club, they had Korean thin cut so I asked the guy and he said, "Sure, whole racks in the cryo, how many do you want."
Used my FiL's club card.
