rib roast

I bought a 8+ plus bone in roast for Thanksgiving...plans changed so it is still in the refer..Question ?? I would like to save it for Christmas so can I freeze it for three weeks and then thaw and dry age for a week.What would you all do short of eating it now.Thanks

It will be fine freezing it for 3 weeks.  However, I've never had a rib roast last that long around my house!
