Hey All,

Seen people using mustard as binder. I usually go evoo. I only have generic spicy brown. Gonna use the chipotle honey killer bee rub. Thoughts?

I usually go with regular old plain yellow mustard for a binder, spicy brown might add a little something nice, can't hurt a bit I'd think. RAY

You can always spritz the meat with water, or any number of fruit juices. On beef, I'll sometimes add pickle juice and Wooster to my spray.

I don't use binders on anything. Meat is generally moist enough for rub to adhere to without falling off.

Sometimes I use yellow mustard sometimes nothing at all.
