Hi all, been here for a while but never introduced myself. I'm from good ole Rhody and have been smoking for a little less than a year. Current smokers are a CharBroil Silver (modded with baffles) and a few UDS's. So far I've smoked the basic fare. Butts, briskets, fatties and sausages. Love the site and all the great info. I can definitely say I wouldn't be churning out the BBQ I have been without all the wisdom here.
