Have any of you tried marinating your beef strips in rhubarb Habanero sauce for making jerky, I just put 3 pounds in the fridge to marinate over night.

I've not heard of it either, but I'm always looking for something good to do with rhubarb, other than the obvious pies - looking forward to the outcome.
Never heard of it here either, but my favorite Pie is Strawberry Rhubarb, and my Long Ago Departed Granny use to make the Best. IMO RIP Cora.
