I am about to build a grill/ smoker and have some parts already, but before i start putting a lot of money in, will my plan work?
Current Parts-

Noted- The axle will be moved back and the tank will be in circle, not oval.
Design- Let me know if I forgot anything that i need besides gauges.
Would it work having the movable RF plate so that If somebody only wanted to smoke the cabinet they could?

Would it be wise to add a drain in the cabinet or it would not do anything?
