Hey gang,
Many of you have probably already seen my smoker in another section. I am a new member and have introduced myself in the intro section.
I started this thread to add more pics and because the other thread was hijacked. Lol.
I have been working on my smoker for a year.
The Firebox is 22x22x28. The cooking chamber over the FB is 22x40 and the vertical opposite the FB is 20" diameter by 42".
I had to expand the Firebox volume once I added square doors. And I am considering adding square doors to the right vertical chamber.
Lastly, I intend to add a charcoal grill, propane burners and wood storage to the trailer.
When finished this thing should hold a ton of meat. Hope you guys like it! And as always, I am open to any criticisms or questions! Great to be a member of the forum!
