me and my friends recently visited texas and instantly fell in love with the culture. we are from Georgia(the country) and would like to open a small grill bar locally, but the problem is local steel fabricators haven't even seen American style smokers, yet alone a reverse flow design. we understand the concept, but we really dont have the experience to make the model.
are there ready plans available to purchase? or can someone help sketch up a build to show to the craftsman? any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you all and god bless
