Refreeze meat?

Kinda goofed with my brat making today.  I use Excalibur blue ribbon seasoning and I'm out (could have sworn I had some :().  Anyway, was wondering if I can refreeze or maybe vacuum pack the meat til I get some more seasoning.  Soonest it will be here is hopefully in 2 days, but, it could be Monday.  Just about everything is mixed in the meat except the Excalibur.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Thanks from he who should have checked and not assumed.

Yeah you  can just refreeze it.  You will get some more separation of blood/juices from the meat but just make sure you pour it back into your mix.  Sausage meat is pretty forgiving. 

If you want a great bratwurst seasoning/recipe you can make yourself here is one that I made 50 pounds of for Oktoberfest this past year.  I just used all pork, no veal.  Everyone said it was the best bratwurst they ever had, but they might have just been being nice to me.
