Had to replace my Smokey Joe because the legs on my old fell off decided to put a temperature gauge on the new one so it looks like I no what I am doing to my wife and the maiden cook was plank salmon

Yes there is light taste but mostly I use the plank so the fish doesn’t fall apart on the grate
