Always had nonstick Saucepans but understand there can be health issues with these, so which would you good people recommend, please?

people need to enjoy life more stop worrying about things that might not ever happen lol. You probably got a better chance of getting shot getting gas as you do getting sick from using a non stick saucepan dude. Just saying

I tend to agree with this statement...

Been using non-stick pans every day for 40 years, and I ain't dead yet!

I tried some mineral ( iron but not cast) pans like Debuyer and as long as they are seasoned well can be pretty nonstick! But honestly don't use them a ton.

Hi there and welcome!

I bought a couple of these Michealangelo stone/granite hard anodized aluminum pans and am surprised with how well they work. They are just heavy duty enough, price is good, non-stick without worry of toxins, etc. etc.

I bought because ratings were good, price was right, and wanted to see what the fuss was about stone/granite coated cookware. I'm glad I did.

Again, these function very well and are priced well.
If you want more hardcore cookware then you will want to move up to more expensive well known hard anodized aluminum brands to get something more heavy duty.

It won't hurt to buy one piece of this stuff and see what you think :)

For non-stick easy to clean dishwasher safe, I just bought a Blue Diamond brant skillet. Pretty sure I could melt a plastic cup in that pan and it won’t stick. I use CI or stainless for most everything but sometimes a good non-stick is great for easy clean up. Here is a link to them.

I've been using these for 25 years now. All Clad "Master Chef", they are restaurant commercial All clad. I mean this specific pan is 25 yrs old. So, stainless interior, no fancy outside, just the Aluminum core. But look at this, literally 25 yrs old, and I rarely scrub it... use it every single day. exterior stays super clean.

I buy $125 pans all the time, but these are cheaper and are my #1 saucepan ever

The stonewear stuff is pretty decent, 1 tip is for stainless put a couple tablespoons of white vinegar and wipe it around and gently heat it till it evaporates, you will be amazed how it helps stuff from sticking , it lasts awhile before it wears off depending on what you cook.

Being a 2 time cancer survivor I use non-stick as little as possible. My Dutch ovens are enameled cast iron, my main skillets are cast iron and my sauce pans are all clad stainless steel. Just me but I try to limit my exposure to PFA's and such.
