I am selling my Rec Tec 700. I have enjoyed the grill but I find myself using charcoal more and more. I bought the grill new in the Spring. It is truly set it and forget it. I have ran this grill through the Wifi app and it works great. Everything works perfect and there is nothing wrong. The temps are accurate and stay within 1-2 degrees the entire cook. The grill has a competition cart, front shelf, cover and cold weather cover. It would cost 1,800 to buy this new. I am asking 1,400. I have a couple bags of pellets and a smoke tube to throw in. I would be open to trading for an equivalent offset smoker. I am located in Dayton, OH. I have family around London, KY and could possibly meet there. PM me for details/offers.

Age of grill? Condition? Would help to post pics. I may know someone interested and he’s in Ohio.

The grill is less than a year old. Kept in the garage most of the time. Excellent shape. I will try to post pics tomorrow. Thanks

Here are some pics. It was not a good day to get them. It is rained all day. I started it up. It was 52 degrees. I got it over 500 in 40 minutes from cold. I am using cheaper pitboss pellets. This grill is very nice. I am not sure how any pellet grill could be better.

Perhaps this is sold, I had made an offer we had a bit of back and forth on but haven't heard back on my message of several days ago.

Sorry, I was away for a few days and took a little bit to respond. It is still for sale. If you can find one for 1500 with the comp cart, cover, cold weather cover and stainless shelf, it is a steal! I really like mine, I just don't use it enough to justify it. If I can't get the asking price, I will keep it and enjoy it.

After a long summer and not a lot of use, I am going to take my losses and get rid of the Rec Tec. 1000. Willing to trade. Let me know what you have.

Yes, you can get a new one for 1200. But it doesn’t come with the stainless shelf. Competition cart. Cover. Cold weather cover. Those accessories alone are 500-600.

Never mind, I just read the entire post and see you are in Ohio. I would buy it if it were in Texas but Ohio is a bit too far lol!
