I am thinking about getting the rec tec trailblazer 340 and wonder if anyone knows how many racks of baby back ribs I can fit with the rec tec smalll shelf. The website says 3 without the shelf. 90% of the time I only need 2 maybe 3 racks, but we do have quests over once in awhile where I would need 4 racks. Thank you in advance.
