Ready to start smokin'

I've been grilling on my outdoor kitchen for almost 3 yrs. now, but just recently getting hooked on smoking and ambitious enough to enter a competition in May. Bought a "Char-Broil Offset Charcoal Smoker" today, I've got info for mods and will do those tomorrow. Hope to smoke some ribs on Wed. or Thurs.
