i am going to do my first smoke this weekend... question is does every thing you smoke need to be brined first?? and if so does everything get brined the same way??
My wife is actually in Elcho this weekend, What are you going to cook and what are you cooking it on?
First off welcome to SMF. Some meats are better brined, poultry for sure. If you tell us what you plan to smoke we can help you better. There are certain default methods for smoking most meats.
Read the 5-day course and then decide
,yoy'll thank us later.
