Hey folks! My name is Rad, and am I Cuban from Miami, FL (shocking, I know). Anyway, the wife got me a Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker for my birthday last year. I found Jeff's weekly newsletter and started following some of his recipes. So far I've only smoked pork (baby back ribs, a shoulder for pulled pork, and some country style ribs). I still have a lot to learn, but I'm addicted to smoking. I'm looking forward to hearing the wisdom and guidance from the seasoned veterans around here.
