We did forty pounds of leg quaters for a Daytona/brother in law's b-day party this past Sunday . My buddy came up with a couple of slabs of baby backs so we just threw them on top then aother buddy came up with a couple of wild pigs in his cooler . After finishing the chicken we threw on the pigs and cooked them too . Add in a couple fatties on the cooker and a whole lot of cold beer and we had our hands full . We didn't figure on the extra foods so we used the small reverse flow with a mix of oak and cherry woods . Seasoned it all with my on rub and used a locally made sauce on some of the chicken that actually suprised me .

That's a whole lotta food! Everything looks good.

We were cooking for about twenty to twenty five adults and several kids . I was wanting to get more pics of the finished product but after several hours of adult beverages I started forgetting the camera

. Those little pigs turned out pretty good though and weighing only about eight - ten pounds dressed they cooked a lot quicker than i was thinking .
