Can you use R panel to build a smoker. What i call a R panel is metal on both sides with foam in middle.

I guess it would depend on what kind of foam it is and what the temp rating of the foam is.

Spray injected used in climate control building. Thinking of using a hot plate. Use it for summer sausage mainly. Thanks for any advice.
